I. GROUP PREPAYMENTS AND PAYMENTS:

A. On all Galapagos services, for groups, US$ 150.00 deposit per passenger is needed for us to confirm any reservation this deposit should be done no later than october 15th 2003. 50% deposit is required 60 days prior to the date the cruise and full payment is needed 30 days prior to the date our services are scheduled to begin.

C. Full pre payment is required for us to provide services.

II. GROUP CANCELLATIONS:

A. All Group and individual (FIT) cancellations for Galapagos:

1. A US$50.00 handling fee per guest will be forfeited on all cancellations.

2. No cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation is received over 121 days prior the date in which services are scheduled to begin (minus the $50.00 handling fee).
